So I read this blog on Self.com entitled Eat like Me. It is a nutritionist, who keeps track of what she eats and answers nutritional questions. While I can answer no questions, I can keep track of what I eat. So tomorrow is June 1. Every Sunday, I will weigh and do my measurements. So, even though it is a day early, I will be keeping track on here.
