Ok so yesterday and today were not so bad.
Yesterday:
2.5 cups of frosted mini-wheats
half pb and honey sandwich
orange
1.5 pieces of zucchini lasagna
;
probably more than that but it was an ok day. And I ran Christina's route with is between 3 and 4 miles. Finally getting back there
Today:
2 cups of quaker mini squares
2 slices of cheese and 8 triscuts
baby carrots
dutch chocolate
spoon of cool whip
popsicle (cherry limeaid)
Tonight we are going to have pizza. I bought a cheese pizza and I am going to add spinach and some peppers probably. No working out today. I am so sleepy... but plan to run tomorrow. Good luck staying on track for weigh in on Sunday...saturday is Jeffs all-expense paid trip to D&B.
