Oh yeah...

I need to eat better, at least more healthy. I would like to lose weight but I am really tired of being tired and sick feeling all the time. So.. tomorrow is May 1. I am going to go back to my Lenten ways with a few exceptions.

1. No Soda... only water, ice tea, and possibly some ice tea/lemonade from Starbucks.
2. I can eat as many fruits and vegetables as I want.
3. No milk and limit my dairy (I think that may have been what is causing my stomachaches).
4. I can only eat out 3 meals a week. Everything else will be cooked by me (with very little grease).
5. No artificial sweeteners; honey and cane juice are probably ok.
6. No white bread, white rice, white flour in anything.
7. Stay as close to natural as I can.
8. Yogurtland is tart with fruit only.

This was not a very good post about what I can and can't eat. It is alot easier for me to have a strict diet rather than a eat less.

My goal is mostly fruits and vegetables, brown rice, cereal (dry), popcorn, etc. Basically the Daniel fast with a few additives. Good luck me...
