I am learning to be accountable. To myself.
This month..where I wasn't working..was supposed to be a time for me to get back on track. Instead, I have been watching hours and hours of The Hills and eating semi-healthy, yet...not so much. So each day, I am going to be highlighting my good choices...and will write down my negative choices and figure out why I am doing what I am doing.
My goals:
Drink 2 L of water a day.
Eat 5+ fruits and vegetables a day.
Do something for at least 30 minutes a day.
Run 3 times a week.
These are my goals for the rest of the month (to October 1). I may or may not have more goals for October.
I will start the positive/negative tomorrow as today was mostly negative. I need some help...I am struggling to be healthy and its not going so well.
