Today was filled with good and bad choices. First...goals
2 L of water - check
5 fruits and vegetables - well, that is iffy. Total I had 4 potatoes, a veggie burger and a plum. I don't think I can, in good conscience say that I made my goal.
30 minutes of something - Nope...today, again, was a lazy day.
3 times running this week - I went on Tuesday with Kayla. (I am making my week start on Mondays so I have 3 more days to make this goal).
Choices:
Positive - I had a plum when I was hungry at 3:00 pm. I ate pretty decently for breakfast and lunch.
Negative - I had 3 (yes, count them) 3 cupcakes today. I also ate two hamburgers for dinner and had homemade fries for lunch and for dinner. I also didn't do any form of exercise and I was really snappy at Jeff.
I think I overate and was snappy because I was bored, lonely and depressed. I really need to work on my exercise motivation. One day, I will be excited to go running again. Like I used to be.
